Hotelbeds Support USA is a private, third-party concierge service. We utilize our industry counterparts to assist consumers with bookings made via Hotelbeds and its partners. We are not Hotelbeds Group itself, but an independent support agency.
We charge a transparent service fee for our assistance with modifications, cancellations, and confirmations. This fee is for our professional time and expertise and is non-refundable, even if the hotel denies the request.
All changes are subject to the availability and policies of the respective hotel and the original wholesaler. We cannot override hotel policies but will advocate on your behalf.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed flights resulting from hotel cancellations or overbookings. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid to us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
